Now that plastic waste is one of the most serious environmental problem on the earth.
We must take a course to reduce the use of plastic.
I have two reasons.
First, more and more people use plastic shopping bags without thinking about environment.
Second, people come to bring their own shopping bags
by having no free plastic shopping bags which the use of plastic shopping bags will be less than before.
In the conclusion, supermarket should stop giving free shopping bags and we should use less it as soon as possible.

「I have two reasons」がなにをサポートするreasonsなのかがわかりません。
「I have two reasons why I think this way」や
「there are two reasons to support my opinion」といったようになんの理由なのかを明確にしましょう。
また、この文章は第一段落の終わりに入れましょう。
挙げられている二つの理由は、
「supermarkets should stop giving free plastic bags」と考えている理由だと思いますが、
一つ目も二つ目も理由として機能していません。
一つ目の「たくさんの人々が環境のことを考えずに、
プラスチックの袋を使っている（だから）私は、
スーパーマケットで無料のプラスチックの袋を配ることはやめるべきだと思っている。」
これでは言葉が足りません。
「無料でプラスチックの袋を手に入れることができることによって、

これなら機能します。
二つ目の「プラスチックの袋を使わないようにするために、
人々はマイバックを持ち運ぶようになっている（だから）私は、
スーパーマケットで無料のプラスチックの袋を配ることはやめるべきだと思っている。」
これも少し言葉が足りていません。
「プラスチックの袋を使わないようにするために、
人々はすでにマイバックを持ち運ぶようになっている。
そんな中でわざわざ環境に悪い袋を無料で配る必要はない。
（だから）私は、スーパーマケットで無料のプラスチックの袋を配ることはやめるべきだと思っている。」
また、このエッセイは100字程度で書かれていますが、
実際の試験では50字だと聞きました。
50字程度のエッセイなら段落を分けなくてもいいと思います。
理由も二つあげるのではなく、
1つだけ挙げて、それを少し詳しく書いた方が説得力のあるエッセイになります。
